Why sustainability in Human Resources?
Today, integrating sustainability into people management is not just a trend or a fad, but a strategic necessity for the short-, medium-, and long-term success of any company.
Sustainability in HR focuses on creating an ethical, socially and ecologically responsible work environment .
More and more people, young and old, are concerned about the future of planet Earth and want the companies they work for to make a positive impact and be part of the solution , not the problem.
Whether a small or large company, from management to HR, it is very important to analyze what actions can be taken internally and also what products and services can be offered that help combat climate change.

Through the Ciclogreen platform , they made it easier for workers with similar travel routines to share rides, thereby saving costs and earning rewards.
They estimate that since 2017 they have reduced more than 300 tons of CO2 with this good practice.
100% of the energy used in its factories in Spain comes from renewable sources , and its HR department facilitates employee participation through its global volunteer program, Make an Impact on Tomorrow.

Another practical case of action that promotes sustainability from HR was the collaboration we did with Zitro .
On World Environment Day, we organized a waste collection in nature, collecting more than 8 kg in just one hour.
