Inspiring examples of solidarity team building

Below, we share some inspiring examples of companies that have carried out team building activities with social and environmental impact.

♻️ With 40 volunteers, native species were planted in an area of 1.25 hectares to offset the carbon footprint.

In this way, reforestation and the restoration of natural spaces were promoted while the participants got closer to nature and could contribute their bit.

The first Bankinter Solidarity Team Building Days in 2025 brought together the Quality and Digital Security teams with the A La Par Foundation, participating in inclusive workshops and sports with people with intellectual disabilities.

Team building focused on social responsibility with an environmental impact

Finally, we propose actions we can take to ensure that the solidarity team building activity generates an environmental impact in our surroundings:

🏖 It fosters collaboration and teamwork while contributing to environmental conservation and biodiversity preservation.

🎯 The goal is clear: to leave a much cleaner area. Whether it’s a beach, a forest, or a river, if we manage to collect all the trash, we’ll surely achieve a sense of collective accomplishment.

🧑‍🍳 It fosters creativity and collaboration in the efficient use of food. Participants learn sustainability practices that can be applied at home or at work.

🎯 The goal is to reduce food waste. We educate employees on practical techniques (using stems, peels, parts of vegetables that are usually thrown away, optimizing leftovers) so they are more resource-conscious.
