The company is very clear about its sustainability goals, aiming to minimize the impact its operations have on the environment to ensure sustainable growth.

What was done?
Planning and coordination
In the first phase, we worked in coordination with the Calmell Group team to gather all the prior information necessary to coordinate the audit, establishing objectives and an execution schedule,
Circular Economy Audit
On the day of the audit, all the waste generated in the two Calmell Group industrial warehouses during the same period was collected, documented, and analyzed.
Results and implementation
Once the results were analyzed, we shared them with the entire team and worked together on an implementation plan in coordination with the various departments. A challenge dynamic was also created to propose sustainable improvements for the company.
We collected the waste generated in each space of the company and labeled, weighed, and processed it.
