These General Conditions of Use and legal information (hereinafter, General Conditions ) regulate the use of access to the gozerowaste.app website as well as the Go Zero Waste mobile application, owned by Go Zero Waste SL (hereinafter Go Zero Waste) through which the web platform and the mobile application (hereinafter the Platform) are made available to users (hereinafter User or Users) with the functionalities of “Explore”, “Challenges”, “Reuse” and “Collaborate.”
Acceptance of these General Conditions implies a binding contractual relationship between you (hereinafter, the “ User ” and “ You ” interchangeably) and the Company.
Access and use of the Platform implies knowledge and acceptance of the following General Conditions.
General Information
SERVICES PROVIDED BY GO ZERO WASTE APP TO USERS
1.1.- ACCOUNT CREATION
To register as a user of the Platform, you must provide an email address and create a password. The user will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password for the use of the service. The user will not share this information with third parties, and if they do so, they will be solely responsible for any misuse, acts or omissions made on the Platform.
The mobile application also allows its use without having to register but you will not have access to the following features: Challenges and Reuse.
In order to be a User and to be contractually bound, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have sufficient legal capacity to sign this contract.
Steps to create a user account:
To become a GO ZERO WASTE User, you must register as such, through the Platform, in the “Create an account” section and complete the registration form incorporated for this purpose, in which you must include your username and email address, as well as an access code (password). The password is personal and non-transferable and may be modified by the User at any time after registering as such on the Platform.
In the event of forgetting the password or any other circumstance that poses a risk of access and/or use by unauthorized third parties, the User will immediately notify GO ZERO WASTE so that it can immediately proceed to block and replace it. , enabling a space in which the User will be asked for their email address so that GO ZERO WASTE can send them an email so that the User can recover or change the password to access their account.
Once the User has completed the registration form, they will receive confirmation of registration on the Platform in the email provided.
Likewise, the User may log in to the Platform by linking to a Google or Apple email account.
Once registered on the Platform, the User must create a “User Profile”, which will include a username and a profile photo, optionally.
Based on the above, the User guarantees that the personal data provided is true and accurate, and undertakes to notify the Company of any change or modification thereof.
In the event that the User provides any false, inaccurate or incomplete data or if the Company considers that there are justified reasons to doubt the veracity, accuracy and integrity of the same, we may deny current or future access and use of the Platform or of any of its contents and/or services.
The user undertakes and is obliged not to use the content that is available on the Platform at any time in any way that may constitute a violation of any rule or an attack on morals, good customs or the image and good professional name of Go. Zero Waste or its collaborators. Go Zero Waste is not responsible in any case for misuse by the user of the contents of the Platform.
The user is aware, and voluntarily accepts, that the use of the Go Zero Waste Web and App services takes place, in any case, under their sole and exclusive responsibility, for which they will be liable for damages of any kind that Go Zero Waste may suffer as a result of non-compliance with any of the obligations to which it is subject under these General Conditions, Privacy Policy or applicable legislation in relation to the use of the Service.
1.2.- “MAP” FUNCTIONALITY
In the “Map” functionality, users can perform the following actions:
- Search for products and services that promote zero waste and the circular economy using the search engine
- Search for establishments using the filters Food, Accommodation, Drinks, Home, Cleaning and Hygiene, Restaurants, Clothing, Services.
- Search for establishments that offer Reuse services.
- Access the “Collaborate” section
- The User may select to display establishments near their location through the “Near me” section, as well as to display establishments by location through the “Locality” section.
- The User may select the establishment that interests them most and consult the following information: address of the establishment, opening hours to the public, telephone number, link to the website, as well as the type of products available in the establishment.
- Likewise, the User may inform Go Zero Waste if an error is detected in any of the establishments through the form enabled for this purpose in the App.
1.3. FUNCTIONALITY CHALLENGES
Once registered as a User, you will be able to access the challenges posed by Go Zero Waste through the “Move for zero” campaign. To access the personalized challenges, the User must select, within the list shown in the challenges section of the App, the campaign within which they wish to activate the challenges. Once the campaign is selected, the user must confirm its activation.
Once the App verifies the activation of the challenges in the campaign indicated by the User, the first challenge to be overcome will be displayed. The challenges will contain a description of the activity to be carried out, as well as the impact on waste reduction that the activity to be carried out implies. Optionally, it will also show a list of establishments that can help meet the challenge. To verify that the challenges have been carried out correctly, the App will ask users to attach a photograph that demonstrates compliance with the challenge.
Once the photographs are verified, Go Zero Waste will award a series of points to the User. The amount of points awarded for completing a challenge will vary depending on the level of the challenges. In this sense, the App divides the challenges into three levels:
Initial: Five (5) points are awarded to the User.
Intermediate: Ten (10) points are awarded to the User.
Advanced: Fifteen (15) points are awarded to the User.
The points will be accumulated in the User’s account and will give the user the right to participate in prize draws that may consist of discounts, products and tickets.
Likewise, the App offers the possibility of sharing the challenge completed through social networks. If the User shares the challenge through social networks, they will be able to obtain extra points that will accumulate in their account.
1.3.1 DISCOUNTS AND DRAWINGS
Users who accumulate points in their account will be able to participate in the draw for discounts, products and/or tickets that they will be able to redeem at the collaborating establishments and companies pre-established by Go Zero Waste.
All the characteristics of the discounts, products and/or tickets, these are the discount percentage, the expiration date of the code, as well as any particularity related to the discounts/products/tickets and/or their respective restrictions, if applicable, They will be indicated directly by email to the address provided by the User.
Likewise, Go Zero Waste reserves the right to review, temporarily suspend or definitively cancel unilaterally, without prior notice and without the right to compensation, any User account in which it detects fraudulent or illicit signs of participation in sweepstakes or promotions, or contrary to these General Conditions, the law or the good faith of the User who owns said account. All this, without prejudice to the legal actions that may correspond to Go Zero Waste in defense of its rights and interests.
1.3.2 PUBLIC INFORMATION IN THE CHALLENGES SECTION
Within the Challenges section, a ranking will be displayed with the score of the users who have participated in each campaign and where it will appear: · User name (if provided)

1.4 REUSE FUNCTIONALITY
The main objective of the “Reuse” functionality of GO ZERO WASTE is to promote the reuse of different types of reusable items (hereinafter, the “Reusables”), including containers, bags, glasses, bottles or snack wrappers, as a measure to reduce waste and promote a circular economy.
Users, once registered in “Reuse”, can request a loan of the Reusables that are available in collaborating companies or establishments (hereinafter, the “Collaborators”). Once used, Users have the right to return said Reusable Items to Collaborators, so that they can sanitize them and put them back into circulation.
1.4.1 CONDITIONS OF DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS
Once registered as a User on the Platform, the User will have to create a virtual wallet into which they must load money, as a deposit, to be able to access the Reusables.
To this end, through the Platform, the User may load the virtual wallet through the “Stripe” payment gateway, using their credit and/or debit card.
All charges will be made through the payment gateway integrated with the Platform, and will be charged to the User after the approval of the requests by GO ZERO WASTE.
After payment, the User will receive a confirmation of the charge to the email account assigned for this purpose.
Deposits can only be made in Euros. Likewise, the User is informed that the minimum balance to add is €10 Euros. If you have less balance, you will not be able to access the Reusables made available on the Platform.
GO ZERO WASTE reserves the right to change the means and/or form of payment, and to incorporate surcharges in the payment methods, always with prior notice to the user by email.
Likewise, the User will have the possibility of withdrawing the available balance from their User account to their personal bank account, which will be transferred by transfer to the Stripe account. To this end, the user must contact Go Zero Waste to transfer only the amounts available on the Platform to their personal account.
1.4.2 HOW TO ACQUIRE THE PACKAGING
The procedure for acquiring Reusables can be carried out through the Platform, as well as through the analog system.
Use through the App
To request the Reusables, the User must have the necessary balance in their virtual wallet.
Once the virtual wallet is loaded, the User will be able to access a map with all the Collaborators who are part of the Program through the “Map” section. The User may select to display the Establishments near their location through the “Near me” section, as well as to display the Establishments by location through the “Locality” section.
Once the location option has been selected, the User must click on the “Reuse” button to access the list of Establishments filtered according to the indicated location.
The User may select the Establishment that interests them most and consult the following information: address, opening hours to the public, telephone number, link to the website, as well as the type of reusable elements available in the Establishment.
Once the Establishment is selected, the different options available regarding Reusables are shown:
“Reserve”: to collect one or more reusable items.
“Return”: to return the containers that you had previously collected.
Reservation request:
Once the User has selected the Establishment in which they want to reserve one or more reusable items, they must travel to its location.
When they arrive at the Establishment, the User must click on the “Reservation” button and enter the reusable items they want to use. Before selecting reusable elements, the User may consult the prices of each reusable element.
When the User has selected the reusable items of interest, a summary will be displayed with the selected items, as well as the corresponding deposit amount. Once the User confirms the reservation request, it will be sent to the collaborating entity. .
A User’s reservation request will be evaluated by the Establishment, who may approve or reject the request, after checking the availability of reusable items. While the request is being evaluated, the User will see the status of their order as “Pending delivery” on the Platform.
If the Establishment accepts the reservation request, the requested reusable items will be delivered to the User. At that time, GO ZERO WASTE will send you an order delivery notification that will include the conditions of your reservation and the following information: number and type of containers delivered, the amount paid as a deposit, and the return period.
At that time, GO ZERO WASTE will retain, as a deposit, the corresponding amount regarding the reusable items requested from the User’s virtual wallet.
Likewise, once the reusable items have been delivered, the User will be able to access the information regarding them and their return date in their profile on the Platform through the “My Profile” section.
Return request:
To request a return through the Platform, the User must consult the Establishments available on the map to return reusable items.
Once the Establishment has been selected, the User must go to its location and, once inside, click on the “Reuse” button. At that moment, a list will be displayed with the reusable elements that the User has so they can select which ones to return.
When the User has selected the Reusable Items they wish to return, a summary will be displayed with the selected items, as well as the amount to be refunded. The User must accept and the return request will be sent to the establishment.
A User’s return request will be evaluated by the Establishment, who may approve or reject the request, taking into account the parameters established by GO ZERO WASTE. While the request is being evaluated, the User will see the status of their order as “Pending return” on the Platform.
If the Establishment confirms and accepts the User’s return request, the reusable items will be collected from the User. At that time, GO ZERO WASTE will send you a notification indicating that the request has been accepted and which will include the following information: number and type of reusable items returned and amount of the deposit return.
In the event that the Establishment decides to reject the request, the User will receive a message through the Platform informing them that the return has been rejected, and the return request will change to the status of “Cancelled”.
Use via analog system
Reservation request:
If you wish to opt for this Service, the User must consult the available Establishments on the map.
Once the User has traveled to the Establishment, they must request directly from the person in charge of the Establishment the type of reusable items and quantity they wish to collect. The User’s request for reusable items will be evaluated by the Establishment, who may approve or reject the request, after checking the availability of the reusable items.
If the request is approved, the User must pay a deposit according to the stipulated value for each type of reusable element and the quantity requested.
Once the amount has been paid, the Establishment will deliver the reusable items and collect the amount in cash.
All payments through the analog system must be made in cash.
Return request:
To request a return through the analog system, the User must go to the same Establishment where they collected the reusable items.
Once at the Establishment, you must communicate your intention to return the Reusable Items. The Establishment will study the request and review the status of the Reusable Items, to verify that they comply with the return parameters indicated by GO ZERO WASTE. Once it is confirmed that the Reusable Items meet the return parameters, they will be collected.
At that time, the Establishment will return the amount deposited in cash.
The user will not be able to collect reusable items through the App and return them through the analog system and vice versa.
1.4.3 DURATION OF THE LOAN OF THE CONTAINERS
The User will have the requested Containers available for a period of 30 days. Once this period has elapsed, you may renew the period of use twice, up to a maximum of 90 days.
To do this, the User must send an email to info@gozerowaste.es with the subject “Renew”. Once the Platform updates the request, the status of the order will change to “Renewed” and the new return period will be indicated.
In the event that the day to make the return is a holiday and/or the Establishment is closed, the return will be made on the next business day. The business and non-business days will be determined in accordance with the business calendar of the city from which the Container is returned.
1.4.4 AVAILABILITY OF PACKAGING
Request requests are subject to the availability of the Reusable Elements in the Collaborators.
In the event that a delivery request cannot be satisfied due to lack of Reusable Elements in the requested Collaborator, the User will be informed of this circumstance through the Platform. When this circumstance occurs, the order will be modified to “Cancelled”.
In this regard, the User will be informed of the option to continue with a new request in another Establishment and/or at another time. In that case, the corresponding amount will not be retained as a deposit for the Reusable Items.
1.4.5 LOSS, ALTERATION OR NON-RETURN OF PACKAGING
At the time of returning the Reusable Items, the Establishment will verify that they are in perfect condition.
If it is found that the Reusable Elements have suffered any type of damage or breakage, you will be informed at the time. In that case, the User will be informed of the poor condition of the returned Reusable Items and that they must assume the cost of the Reusable Items placed in storage.
Likewise, in the event that the User loses or does not return the Reusable Items within the established period, the cost of the Reusable Items placed in storage will be charged to them.
In both cases, GO ZERO WASTE will send a communication to the User via E-Mail indicating the reasons for not accepting the return and indicating that the amount corresponding to the Reusables taken in deposit and not returned will be deducted (VAT included). ).
To do this, the corresponding amount will be deducted through the virtual wallet within 72 hours.
1.4.6 CANCELLATION OF REQUESTS
The User may cancel the order before the reservation request request is accepted by the Establishment, through the “Cancel” button that appears on the order screen of the Platform.
Once cancellation is requested, the order will appear as “Cancelled”. In that case, no amount will be charged as a deposit for the containers.
Likewise, the User may return the containers immediately after they are delivered through the return procedure.
1.4.7 WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of article 103.1.a) of the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the User is informed that, as a general rule, the right of withdrawal will not apply to the provision of services once the service has been fully performed and if the contract imposes a payment obligation on the consumer.
Given that the provision of the Reusable rental service is considered completed once the User has received the corresponding packaging, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable from that moment on.
The User acknowledges and accepts that, by clicking on the “Accept” button, they begin the execution of the contract and expressly renounce their right of withdrawal once they have received the packaging.
1.5 COLLABORATIVE FUNCTIONALITY
Users will be able to collaborate with the platform through the Collaborate section by performing the following actions:
- Add an establishment that promotes zero waste or the circular economy to the map
- Give your opinion about the App to improve
- Contact the Go Zero Waste company via email, phone or Instagram.
- Share the App with friends through E-Mail, Whatsapp, X or other means.
- USER RESPONSIBILITY
In general, the following behaviors and/or actions will be prohibited, but not limited to:
- Create a profile by a third party.
- Use the App or the means offered by Go Zero Waste for purposes not reflected in this document.
- Use the Go Zero Waste brand for personal use, damage the brand and/or logo, take screenshots or use media from the App to enhance personal interests in other media or channels.
- Use the App to spread hateful, violent, racist, religious, discriminatory, harmful, abusive, anti-health and/or pornographic messages.
- Use the App to harass, abuse, defame and/or threaten other Users and/or non-Users of the App.
- Use private information of third parties to publish them, as well as use images that may infringe the privacy or rights of third parties.
- Buy, sell or transfer any content uploaded to the App.
- Send contact data, such as telephone numbers, emails or personal addresses to other Users of the App.
- Use the means offered by the App to carry out personal and/or third-party advertising, sales or promotions.
- Carry out fraudulent activities to complete the challenges published in the App.
- If the user uses the service of reusable items through a Collaborating entity, they must know that, despite their sanitation, traces of food may remain on the reusable items and it is their responsibility if they become poisoned when using any reusable item.
- The content uploaded to the App and/or published is the exclusive responsibility of the User who publishes said content, exempting the Company from any type of responsibility for any incident that said content may produce.
- If you detect that a User uses the App for purposes other than those stipulated in these General Conditions, inappropriately and/or illegally, you must contact Us at the following email address: info@gozerowaste.es.
For its part, the Company reserves the right to eliminate and/or block any User account that it considers or has sufficient indications that these General Conditions are being breached, regardless of the legal actions that it may exercise at any time.
2.1 CONTENT
The use of Go Zero Waste allows the User to upload digital content through the App, as well as to various social networks and communication channels. The digital content will consist of the photographs that Users upload to prove compliance with the proposed challenges.
The User declares and guarantees that he is the owner of all intellectual property rights over said content or has been granted sufficient license in his favor, and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties, and, therefore, the User is solely responsible for any damages. that may be incurred by sharing said content, expressly exonerating the Company from any third party claim for said content.
The authorship of the content that each User shares in the App is the User’s own. However, the User grants a worldwide, non-exclusive license, for the maximum duration provided for in the applicable legislation, royalty-free, transferable, fully paid and sublicensable, to use, copy, edit, modify, translate, exploit , distribute and reproduce said content, including the User name and profile photo of the Go Zero Waste account.
2.2. GO ZERO WASTE RESPONSIBILITY
The Company is not responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, reliability, legality, as well as any violations of third party rights by Users. In this sense, Users understand that we are an independent company that makes the App available to them, and that does not assume any responsibility derived from the information provided by Users, nor for any damages or losses that third parties may eventually suffer due to publications and / or for non-compliance with these General Conditions by Users.
Users are completely responsible for the access and correct use of their Go Zero Waste account and other content of the App subject to current legislation, whether national or international, as well as the principles of good faith, morality, and good customs. and public order. And specifically, they undertake the commitment to diligently observe and comply with these General Conditions.
Users will refrain from using their profile and the rest of the contents of the App for illegal purposes or effects that are harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable, affect or deteriorate the App, its content and its services. Likewise, it is prohibited to prevent the normal use or enjoyment of the App by other Users.
The Company cannot be considered editorially responsible, and expressly declares that it does not identify with any of the opinions that Users may express in the App, for the consequences of which the issuer is entirely responsible.
Those who fail to comply with such obligations will be liable for any harm or damage they cause. Go Zero Waste will not be liable for any consequence, damage or harm that may arise from such illicit access or use by third parties.
In addition to what is indicated above, and to the extent permitted by Law and, except as provided in these General Conditions, in no case will the Company be responsible for personal, accidental, special, direct or indirect damages. , including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or any other commercial damage or loss, related to the use or inability to use the App, regardless of the cause, regardless of the theory of liability (contractual or extra-contractual or any other) and even if the User has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
2.3 THIRD PARTY LINKS
With the free use of the App, the User will be able to see links to the establishments that collaborate with Go Zero Waste. The Company is not responsible for the sites linked to these establishments, nor the information they provide or advertise. Likewise, the Company does not guarantee the quality or veracity of the services and products offered through the links to their respective websites. None of the entities collaborating with the App belong to the Company and, consequently, it is not responsible for any actions on the part of the establishments.
Any relationship that the User maintains with any of the establishments collaborating with the App will exempt the Company from any responsibility. It will be an exclusive relationship between the establishment and the User.
2.4 USER WITHDRAWAL
The User can unsubscribe at any time.
Unsubscribe from the App will be done through the “User Profile” in the “Delete my account” section. With the deletion of the user account, all User data linked to it will be deleted.
2.5 PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
All personal data provided by the User through the registration form or their profile will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, as well as in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and free movement of these. 2.6 TRANSFER OF IMAGE RIGHTS
The User may decide whether to transfer the exploitation rights of the challenge photographs that he or she has incorporated or provided to Go Zero Waste through the App, expressing his or her agreement with the following:
You agree to assign your exploitation rights regarding the photographic material to be used for the promotion of Go Zero Waste services on your social networks and communication channels.
The transfer is granted on a non-exclusive basis and the aforementioned material may be used by Go Zero Waste, without any financial remuneration related to this aspect and without time or geographic limit.
2.7 INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The contents related to brands, domains, logos, drawings or documentation, including software, computer programs, or any element that may be susceptible to protection by Intellectual or Industrial Property legislation, that may be accessible to Users, are of property of the Company and/or it, has a license, and all rights of use over them are expressly reserved.
The User may use said material only in the manner in which the Company expressly authorizes it.
Any improper use of the Service or failure to comply with obligations by the User may result, at the discretion of the Company, in the cancellation of the account, or suspension of the Service until the incident is resolved, if applicable.
Likewise, the User agrees not to remove, delete, alter, manipulate or in any way modify:
Those notes, legends, indications or symbols that either the Company or the legitimate owners of the rights incorporate into their properties regarding Intellectual or Industrial Property (such as, for example, copyright, ©, ® and ™, etc.).
Technical protection or identification devices owned by the Company (such as, for example, watermarks, fingerprints, etc.).
The User acknowledges that, by virtue of these General Conditions, the Company does not assign or transfer to the User any right over its Intellectual and/or Industrial Property titles, or over any properties of third parties. The Company only authorizes the User to access and use them in accordance with the terms indicated in these General Conditions.
The User is not authorized to copy, distribute, transmit, communicate, modify, alter, transform, assign or, in any other way, deploy activities that involve the commercial use of the Intellectual and/or Intellectual Property rights of the Company and/or of the Creators, whether partially or totally, without the express consent, granted in writing, of the legitimate owner of the exploitation rights.
The Company reserves all the Industrial and/or Intellectual Property rights that correspond to it.
The Company does not grant any other license or authorization of use to the User regarding its Intellectual Property and Industrial property rights other than that expressly detailed in this clause.
The Company reserves the right to terminate or modify at any time and for any reason, the licenses granted under these General Conditions. Without prejudice to this, we may take legal action against any use by the Creator that:
It is not in accordance with the General Conditions specified here;
Infringes or violates the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights or other similar rights of the Company or any other legitimate third party owner; or violate any applicable regulations.
2.8 CLAIMS
In the event of any claim and/or incident attributable to the Company related to the Service, we have a claim procedure that is initiated through the email address info@gozerowaste.app. Once this communication has started, we will work together with the User to collect the necessary information about their claim and/or incident.
The Company undertakes to respond to the User within a period of no more than 72 hours from receipt of the claim.
2.9 INDEPENDENCE OF CLAUSES
If any of the clauses of these General Conditions are null and void or voidable, it will be considered non-existent. Said declaration of nullity will not invalidate the rest of the document, which will maintain its validity and effectiveness between the Parties.
2.10 APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The extension legislation will be Spanish. In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation and/or application of the General Conditions, the competent Courts will be those established by the applicable legal regulations on jurisdiction; in the event that it does not establish mandatory jurisdiction, they will be the courts and courts of Barcelona.
Likewise, the User may resolve in an amicable manner any incidents that may arise during the contractual relationship through the App promoted by the European Commission https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event =main.home.show&lng=ES.
2.11 MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to modify this Terms document at any time. If any change is made to the Conditions, these will be published in the App and the date of publication will be indicated, so that the User knows the date on which said modification has become effective. In any case, the User will receive a notification via electronic means about the update of the Go Zero Waste Conditions of Use prior to its publication in the App.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY GO ZERO WASTE APP TO COLLABORATING ENTITIES
This section establishes the terms and conditions applicable to collaborating entities that use the services of the App.

Detailed description of each service:
- APPEAR ON THE GO ZERO WASTE MAP
Establishments that promote zero waste and the circular economy can appear for free on the Go Zero Waste map. To do this, you can use the Collaborate section where you will select “I am an Establishment” and add the information required to be registered on the platform.
- OFFER A SERVICE OF REUSABLE ELEMENTS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS
Establishments can use the Go Zero Waste App platform to offer reusable items (their own or loaned by Go Zero Waste).
In order to offer a service of reusable elements, you must follow the following steps:
- Sign a contract with Go Zero Waste for the use of the platform in exchange for a monthly financial remuneration established according to the client’s needs.
- Register with your corporate email and private password
- Go Zero Waste will register the establishment with the reusable items service that you wish to activate and will deliver the reusable items that have been agreed upon with the client within a maximum period of 30 days after placing the order.
- Go Zero Waste will provide collaborating companies with online and offline marketing material (e.g. posters, flyers, videos) to promote the service to their customers.
2.1 DUTIES OF THE COLLABORATING ENTITIES
- Collaborating entities that offer the reuse service should deliver reusable items to their users in perfect condition for the supply of food only.
- Collaborating entities must guarantee that reusable elements comply with the quality standards, norms and hygiene laws of the country where the service is being provided.
- The collaborating entities must receive the packaging and check that the users return it in good condition. If it is in poor condition, the collaborating entities may refuse to receive it.
- Collaborating entities must promote the reuse system among their clients.
- Collaborating entities must teach their employees so that they know how the reuse system works.
- If the collaborating entity terminates the contract, it must return the reusable elements and marketing materials.
- SUGGEST IMPROVEMENTS IN THE APP
Through the “Collaborate” section, collaborating entities can suggest new functionalities to Go Zero Waste that can help them in the development of their commercial, personal or communication activity.
- LAUNCH A MOVE TO ZERO CAMPAIGN
Through the Challenges section, collaborating entities can launch a campaign to their clients or users by paying a license.
