Your team will be part of the solution, not the problem. For a few hours, participants collect waste on a beach, sort it by type, and learn about the different types of waste and how to prevent it.

· The DHL team organized a cleanup on the Barcelona coast. They sorted over 40 kg of waste and then held a reflection session: where does each type of waste come from? What can we do at home and in the office to prevent it? The debate was more intense than any innovation workshop.

Showcooking of leftover cooking
A chef specializing in circular economy guides the team to prepare delicious recipes with ingredients that would normally go to waste: stems, peels, leftovers, “ugly” products.

- The concept of double materiality and how to apply it.

Themed escape room
Teams solve puzzles and riddles in an immersive environment to “escape” from a room within a limited time.
How it works
- Divide the department into groups of 5-6 people. You can choose escape rooms with scientific, historical, or mystery themes. There are in-person options as well as online versions for remote teams.

Collaborative artistic creation workshop
The team creates a work of art together: a mural, a collective sculpture, or an installation. No judgements, no hierarchies, just a shared creative process.

- A 4-metre mural where each person paints their “vision of the company for 2030”. The result ends up hanging in the office and becomes a permanent conversation piece.
