What is a container reuse service?
Durable and resistant packaging
The containers we reuse are made of PP5, can be used more than 200 times and can be 100% recycled at the end of their useful life.
Loan of containers
Once registered in the Go Zero Waste App, the user can take the container and if they return it within 15 days, they will not be charged anything.
Hygiene and sterilization
Once returned, the container is cleaned in an industrial dishwasher and put back into circulation.

It’s very simple. Instead of receiving your order in a container you’ll throw away, you receive it in a returnable one . You borrow it through our app, and if you return it, you won’t be charged anything.
Completely. All containers undergo an industrial sanitization process that follows strict health protocols (food safety regulations). They are washed at high temperatures with professional detergents that guarantee the elimination of 99.9% of bacteria and viruses, leaving them like new for the next use.
You don’t need to wash it thoroughly, but we would appreciate a light rinse to prevent unpleasant odors or dried-on food residue. We take care of the professional cleaning and disinfection before it’s put back into service.
The system is based on shared responsibility. If the container is lost or irreparably damaged, the deposit (the amount initially reserved) will be used to cover the replacement cost. If the container only shows normal wear and tear, you won’t have to pay anything.
We have a network of return points . You can return it to the same store where you bought it or to any establishment affiliated with our network. Just look for our sign on the door or consult the map on our website/app.
Recycling consumes a lot of energy and isn’t always efficient (many plastics are never actually recycled). Reuse is the highest form of circular economy: we avoid manufacturing a new object and processing an old one, saving up to 80% of CO2 emissions and eliminating waste altogether.
