Talent Garden

Founded in 2011, Talent Garden is Europe’s leading digital education provider and coworking network for innovators and the tech ecosystem. Its mission is to empower people and organizations by creating opportunities and making meaningful connections in the digital ecosystem.

This campaign launched the Move for Zero campaign on the two campuses in Spain: Barcelona and Madrid. Thirty challenges were selected, and several prizes were awarded to participants.

What was done?

Selection of the challenges

In an initial meeting with the Talent Garden team, they analyzed what waste was most generated in the coworking space and what challenges could be proposed to the employees in Barcelona and Madrid to try to reduce waste and promote the circular economy in both spaces.

Selection of the awards

Prizes were sought among the companies residing in the spaces, and the Smart Helmet from Livall,  located  in Talent Garden Madrid, was selected.
In addition, five €10 gift cards would be awarded for purchases at sustainable businesses located near the Talent Garden facilities.

Creation of a communication campaign

We designed a  website  to explain the challenges, prizes, and how the campaign works.
We printed posters with the campaign’s QR code and sent a newsletter to everyone working at both coworking spaces.

Examples of campaign challenges

Results

We share with you some of the images of challenges that were overcome during the campaign:

Conclusions

Identifying opportunities

Thanks to the campaign, actions were promoted that can be easily implemented between the two communities and achieve the campaign’s main objective: waste reduction.
For example, if instead of using paper cups from the water fountain or coffee maker, you bring your own cup, you can save one piece of paper or plastic waste every day.

Team Building and internal promotion

We introduced Livall to everyone involved in the two coworking spaces and helped employees from the different companies engage in an activity with a shared value: promoting sustainability.
