In the first phase, we worked in close coordination with the Facility Management team to gather all the necessary background information for the audit, establishing objectives and an implementation schedule, and conducting interviews with employees and users of the spaces.
Zero Waste Audit
On the day of the audit, all waste generated in the spaces during the same period was collected, documented, and analyzed.
Results and Implementation
Once the results were analyzed, we shared them with the entire team and worked together to develop an implementation plan in coordination with the various departments.
