Go Zero Waste Terms and Conditions
These General Terms of Use and legal information (hereinafter, General Terms) govern the use of and access to the website gozerowaste.app and the Go Zero Waste mobile application, owned by Go Zero Waste S.L. (hereinafter, Go Zero Waste). Through these services, the web platform and mobile application (hereinafter, the Platform) are made available to users (hereinafter, User or Users) with the functionalities of “Explore,” “Challenges,” “Reuse,” and “Collaborate.”
Acceptance of these General Terms constitutes a binding contractual relationship between you (hereinafter, the “User” and “You”) and the Company.
Access to and use of the Platform implies knowledge and acceptance of the following General Terms.
GENERAL INFORMATION
In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the following identifying information of the owner of this website is provided:

SERVICES PROVIDED BY GO ZERO WASTE APP TO USERS
1.1 – ACCOUNT CREATION
To register as a user of the Platform, you must provide an email address and create a password. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password for use of the service. The user will not share this information with third parties, and if they do, they will be solely responsible for any misuse, actions, or omissions that occur on the Platform.
The mobile application can also be used without registering, but users will not have access to the following features: Challenges and Reuse.
To become a User and enter into a contractual agreement, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have sufficient legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Steps to create a user account:
To become a GO ZERO WASTE User, you must register as such through the Platform, in the “Create an account” section, and complete the registration form provided for this purpose. You must include your username, email address, and password. The password is personal and non-transferable and can be changed by the User at any time after registering on the Platform.
In case of a forgotten password or any other circumstance that poses a risk of access and/or use by unauthorized third parties, the User must immediately notify GO ZERO WASTE so that it can be blocked and replaced. A field will be provided where the User will be asked for their email address so that GO ZERO WASTE can send them an email with instructions on how to recover or change their account password.
Once the User has completed the registration form, they will receive confirmation of their registration on the Platform at the email address provided.
The User can also log in to the Platform by linking a Google or Apple email account.
After registering on the Platform, the User must create a “User Profile,” which will include a username and, optionally, a profile picture.
Based on the foregoing, the User guarantees that the personal data provided is true and accurate, and agrees to notify the Company of any changes or modifications to said data.
In the event that the User provides any false, inaccurate, or incomplete data, or if the Company considers that there are well-founded reasons to doubt its truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness, we may deny the User access to and use of the Platform or any of its content and/or services, now or in the future.
The User agrees and undertakes not to use the content available on the Platform at any given time in any way that may constitute a violation of any law or be offensive to morality, good customs, or the professional image and reputation of Go Zero Waste or its collaborators. Go Zero Waste is not responsible, under any circumstances, for the User’s misuse of the Platform’s content.
The user is aware of, and voluntarily accepts, that the use of the Go Zero Waste Web and App services is, in all cases, under their sole and exclusive responsibility. Therefore, they will be liable for any damages of any kind that Go Zero Waste may suffer as a result of the user’s breach of any of the obligations to which they are subject under these General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or applicable legislation related to the use of the Service.
1.2.- “MAP” FUNCTIONALITY
Users can perform the following actions in the “Map” functionality:
Search for products and services that promote zero waste and the circular economy using the search engine.
Search for establishments using the filters: Food, Accommodation, Beverages, Home, Cleaning and Hygiene, Restaurants, Clothing, Services.
Search for establishments that offer Reuse services. Access the “Collaborate” section
Users can choose to display establishments near their location through the “Near Me” section, as well as establishments by town or city through the “City” section.
Users can select the establishment that interests them most and view the following information: establishment address, opening hours, phone number, website link, and the types of products available.
Users can also report any errors they find in the establishments to Go Zero Waste using the form provided for this purpose in the App.
1.3. CHALLENGES FUNCTIONALITY
Once registered as a User, you will be able to access
to the challenges set by Go Zero Waste through the “Move for Zero” campaign. To access personalized challenges, the User must select the campaign within which they wish to activate them from the list shown in the challenges section of the App. Once the campaign is selected, the user must confirm its activation.
Once the App verifies the activation of the challenges in the campaign selected by the User, the first challenge to complete will be displayed. The challenges will include a description of the activity to be performed, as well as its impact on waste reduction. Optionally, a list of establishments that can help in completing the challenge will also be displayed. To verify that the challenges have been completed correctly, the App will ask users to upload a photograph showing their completion of the challenge.
Once the photographs are verified, Go Zero Waste will award the User a number of points. The number of points awarded for completing a challenge will vary depending on the challenge’s level. In this regard, the App divides the challenges into three levels:
Beginner: Award five (5) points to the User.
Intermediate: Award ten (10) points to the User.
Advanced: Award fifteen (15) points to the User.
The points will accumulate in the User’s account and will entitle them to participate in prize draws, which may include discounts, products, and tickets.
The App also offers the option to share completed challenges on social media. If the User shares the challenge on social media, they will earn bonus points that will be added to their account.
Campaign Draw Rules
Participation and Entry System
Draws will be held for all registered participants in each campaign. Participation in the draw will be through an entry system, with entries assigned based on the number of points accumulated by each user, according to the specific rules of the campaign. Points will be tallied according to the criteria previously established and communicated to the participants.
Winner Selection and Notification
Once the drawing has concluded, the winners will be randomly selected from the assigned ballots. Winners will receive an email notification informing them of their winning status and detailing the steps necessary to claim the prize.
Response Period and Prize Reassignment
The winner will have seven (7) calendar days from the date the first notification email is sent to respond and accept the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, the first alternate will be contacted.
Up to three (3) attempts will be made to contact the winner.
If neither the primary winner nor the alternates respond within the stipulated period, the prize will be declared vacant and will not be reassigned.
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Participation in the raffle implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as submission to the organization’s decisions regarding any matter not covered herein.
1.3.1 DISCOUNTS AND RAFFLES
Users who accumulate points in their account may participate in the raffle for discounts, products, and/or tickets redeemable at participating establishments and companies established by Go Zero Waste.
All details regarding the discounts, products, and/or tickets, including the discount percentage, code expiration date, and any other specific information related to the discounts/products/tickets and/or their respective restrictions, will be sent directly via email to the address provided by the User.
Go Zero Waste also reserves the right to unilaterally review, temporarily suspend, or permanently cancel any User account without prior notice and without compensation if it detects fraudulent or illegal activity related to participation in raffles or promotions, or activities contrary to these General Terms and Conditions, the law, or the good faith of the User who owns said account. This is without prejudice to any legal action that Go Zero Waste may take to defend its rights and interests.
1.3.2 PUBLIC INFORMATION IN THE CHALLENGES SECTION
Within the Challenges section, a ranking will be displayed showing the scores of users who have participated in each campaign, including:
• Username (if provided)
User ranking
• User score
1.4 REUSE FUNCTIONALITY
The “Reuse” functionality of GO ZERO WASTE aims to promote the reuse of various types of reusable items (hereinafter, “Reusables”), including containers, bags, cups, bottles, and wrappers.
Snacks, as a measure to reduce waste and promote a circular economy.
Once registered on “Reutiliza,” Users can borrow reusable items available from participating businesses or establishments (hereinafter, the “Partners”). After use, Users can return these reusable items to the Partners so they can be sanitized and put back into circulation.
1.4.1 DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS
Once registered as a User on the Platform, the User must create a virtual wallet and load it with funds as a deposit to access the reusable items.
To do this, the User can load the virtual wallet through the “Stripe” payment gateway using their credit and/or debit card.
All charges will be processed through the payment gateway integrated with the Platform and will be debited from the User’s account after GO ZERO WASTE approves the requests.
After payment, the User will receive a confirmation of the charge to the email address assigned for this purpose.
Deposits can only be made in Euros. The User is also informed that the minimum balance to add is €10 Euros. If the balance is lower, the User will not be able to access the Reusable Items available on the Platform.
GO ZERO WASTE reserves the right to change the payment methods and/or form, and to add surcharges to the payment methods, always providing prior notice to the User via email.
The User will also have the option to withdraw the available balance from their User account to their personal bank account, which will be transferred via bank transfer to the Stripe account. To do this, the User must contact Go Zero Waste to arrange for the transfer of only the funds available on the Platform to their personal account.
1.4.2 HOW TO PURCHASE CONTAINERS
The procedure for purchasing reusable containers can be carried out through the Platform, as well as through the traditional method.
Using the App
To request reusable containers, the User must have the necessary balance in their virtual wallet.
Once the virtual wallet is loaded, the User can access a map with all the Partners that are part of the Program through the “Map” section. The User can select to display Establishments near their location through the “Near me” section, as well as to display Establishments by city through the “City” section.
Once the location option is selected, the User must click on the “Reuse” button to access the list of Establishments filtered according to the indicated location.
The User can select the Establishment that interests them most and view the following information: address, opening hours, telephone number, website link, and the types of reusable items available at the Establishment.
Once the Establishment is selected, the different options available regarding Reusable Items are displayed:
“Reserve”: to pick up one or more reusable items.
“Return”: to return the containers previously collected.
Reservation Request:
Once the User has selected the Establishment where they wish to reserve one or more reusable items, they must travel to its location.
Upon arrival at the Establishment, the User must click on the “Reserve” button and enter the reusable items they wish to use. Before selecting the reusable items, the User can view the prices of each item.
When the User has selected the reusable items of interest, a summary will be displayed with the selected items, as well as the corresponding deposit amount. Once the User confirms the reservation request, it will be sent to the partner establishment.
The User’s reservation request will be evaluated by the Establishment, which may approve or reject the request after verifying the availability of the reusable items. While the request is being evaluated, the User will see their order status as “Pending Delivery” on the Platform.
If the Establishment accepts the reservation request, the requested reusable items will be delivered to the User. At that time, GO ZERO WASTE will send the User an order delivery notification that will include the reservation conditions and the following information: number and type of containers delivered, the deposit amount paid, and the return deadline.
At that time, GO ZERO WASTE will retain the corresponding amount for the reusable items as a deposit.

Furthermore, once the reusable items have been delivered, the User can access information regarding them and their return date in their profile on the Platform through the “My Profile” section.
Return Request:
To request a return through the Platform, the User must consult the available Establishments on the map to return the reusable items.
Once the Establishment is selected, the User must navigate to its location and, once inside, click on the “Reuse” button. At that moment, a list of the reusable items available to the User will be displayed so they can select which ones they wish to return.
When the User has selected the Reusable Items they wish to return, a summary will be displayed with the selected items, as well as the amount to be refunded. The User must accept, and the return request will be sent to the establishment.
A User’s return request will be evaluated by the Establishment, which may approve or reject the request, taking into account the parameters established by GO ZERO WASTE. While the request is being evaluated, the User will see the status of their order as “Pending Return” on the Platform.
If the Establishment confirms and accepts the User’s return request, the reusable items will be collected from the User. At that time, GO ZERO WASTE will send a notification indicating that the request has been accepted, which will include the following information: number and type of reusable items returned and the amount of the deposit refund.
If the Establishment decides to reject the request, the User will receive a message through the Platform informing them that the return has been rejected, and the return request status will change to “Cancelled.”
Use via the analog system
Reservation request:
If the User wishes to use this Service, they should consult the map for available Establishments.
Once the User has arrived at the Establishment, they should directly request from the Establishment manager the type and quantity of reusable items they wish to collect. The User’s request for reusable items will be evaluated by the Establishment, which may approve or reject the request after verifying the availability of the reusable items.
If the request is approved, the User must pay a deposit according to the stipulated value for each type of reusable item and the quantity requested.
Once the amount has been paid, the Establishment will provide the reusable items and collect the cash payment.
All payments through the analog system must be made in cash.
Return Request:
To request a return through the analog system, the User must go to the same Establishment where they picked up the reusable items.
Once at the Establishment, they must inform the staff of their intention to return the Reusable Items. The Establishment will review the request and check the condition of the Reusable Items to verify that they meet the return criteria established by GO ZERO WASTE. Once it is confirmed that the Reusable Items meet the return criteria, they will be collected.
At that time, the establishment will return the deposited amount in cash.
The user may not pick up reusable items through the app and return them using the physical system, and vice versa.
1.4.3 CONTAINER LOAN PERIOD
The user will have access to the requested containers for a period of 30 days. After this period, the user may renew the loan period twice, up to a maximum of 90 days.
To do so, the user must send an email to info@gozerowaste.es with the subject line “Renew.” Once the platform updates the request, the order status will change to “Renewed,” and the new return period will be indicated.
If the return date falls on a public holiday and/or the establishment is closed, the return will be processed on the next business day. Business days and non-business days will be determined according to the work calendar of the city from which the Container is returned.
1.4.4 CONTAINER AVAILABILITY
Requests are subject to the availability of Reusable Items at the Partner locations.
If a delivery request cannot be fulfilled due to a lack of Reusable Items at the requested Partner location, the User will be informed of this through the Platform. When this occurs, the order will be changed to “Cancelled”.
In this regard, the User will be informed of the option
The option to proceed with a new request at another establishment and/or at another time will not be granted. In that case, the corresponding deposit for the reusable items will not be retained.
1.4.5 LOSS, DAMAGE, OR NON-RETURN OF CONTAINERS
Upon return of the reusable items, the establishment will verify that they are in perfect condition.
If it is found that the reusable items have suffered any type of damage or breakage, this will be indicated at that time. In that case, the user will be informed of the poor condition of the returned reusable items and that they will be responsible for the cost of the reusable items held in deposit.
Likewise, if the user loses or fails to return the reusable items within the established timeframe, they will be charged for the cost of the reusable items held in deposit.
In both cases, GO ZERO WASTE will send the User an email explaining the reasons for not accepting the return and stating that the corresponding amount for the reusable containers taken on deposit and not returned (including VAT) will be deducted.
The corresponding amount will be deducted from the User’s virtual wallet within 72 hours.
1.4.6 CANCELLATION OF REQUESTS
The User may cancel the order before the reservation request is accepted by the Establishment, using the “Cancel” button that appears on the Platform’s order screen.
Once the cancellation is requested, the order will appear as “Cancelled.” In this case, no deposit will be charged for the containers.
The User may also return the containers immediately after delivery using the return procedure.
1.4.7 WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article 103.1.a) of the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the User is informed that, as a general rule, the right of withdrawal will not apply to the provision of services once the service has been fully performed and if the contract imposes a payment obligation on the consumer.
Since the provision of the Reusable Container rental service is considered complete once the User has received the corresponding container, the right of withdrawal will not apply from that moment onward.
The User acknowledges and accepts that, by clicking the “Accept” button, they are initiating the performance of the contract and expressly waive their right of withdrawal once they have received the container.
1.5 COLLABORATION FUNCTIONALITY
Users can collaborate with the platform through the Collaboration section by performing the following actions:
Add a business that promotes zero waste or the circular economy to the map.
Give your feedback on the App to help improve it.
Contact Go Zero Waste via email, phone, or Instagram.
Share the App with friends via email, WhatsApp, X, or other means.
USER RESPONSIBILITY
In general, the following behaviors and/or actions are prohibited, including but not limited to:
Creating a profile for a third party.
Using the App or the resources offered by Go Zero Waste for purposes not specified in this document.
Using the Go Zero Waste brand for personal use, damaging the brand and/or logo, taking screenshots, or using the App’s features to promote personal interests through other means.
Using the App to spread hateful, violent, racist, religious, discriminatory, harmful, abusive, harmful to health, and/or pornographic messages.
Using the App to harass, abuse, defame, and/or threaten other Users and/or non-Users of the App. Using private information of third parties to publish it, as well as using images that may infringe on the privacy or rights of third parties.
Buying, selling, or transferring any content uploaded to the App. Sending contact information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, or home addresses, to other Users of the App. Using the features offered by the App to advertise, sell, or promote yourself and/or third parties.
Engaging in fraudulent activities to complete challenges posted on the App.
If the user uses the reusable item service through a Partner Entity, they should be aware that, despite sanitization, traces of food may remain on the reusable items, and they are responsible for any food poisoning that may occur from using any reusable item.
The content uploaded to and/or published on the App is the sole responsibility of the User who publishes said content, exempting the Company from any liability for any incident that said content may cause.
If you detect that a User is using the App for fraudulent purposes
If you use the Go Zero Waste app in a way that violates these General Terms and Conditions, or in an inappropriate and/or illegal manner, you must contact us at the following email address: info@gozerowaste.es.
The Company reserves the right to delete and/or block any User account that it deems, or has sufficient evidence of, a breach of these General Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to any legal action it may take.
2.1 CONTENT
The use of Go Zero Waste allows Users to upload digital content through the App, as well as to various social networks and communication channels. This digital content will consist of the photographs that Users upload to demonstrate their completion of the proposed challenges.
The User represents and warrants that they own all intellectual property rights to said content or have been granted a sufficient license, and that said content does not infringe the rights of third parties. Therefore, the User is solely responsible for any damages that may arise from sharing said content, expressly releasing the Company from any third-party claims related to said content.
The authorship of the content that each User shares on the App belongs to the User. However, the User grants a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, fully paid-up, and sublicensable license, for the maximum term permitted by applicable law, to use, copy, edit, modify, translate, exploit, distribute, and reproduce said content, including the Username and profile picture of the Go Zero Waste account.
2.2. GO ZERO WASTE’S LIABILITY
The Company is not responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, reliability, or legality of the content, nor for any potential violations of third-party rights by Users. In this regard, Users understand that we are an independent company that makes the App available to them, and that we assume no responsibility whatsoever for the information provided by Users, nor for any damages or losses that third parties may suffer as a result of publications and/or Users’ failure to comply with these General Terms and Conditions.
Users are fully responsible for accessing and using their Go Zero Waste account and other App content in accordance with applicable national and international laws, as well as the principles of good faith, morality, good customs, and public order. Specifically, they undertake to diligently observe and comply with these General Terms and Conditions.
Users shall refrain from using their profile and other App content for illicit purposes or effects, or in any way that may infringe upon the rights and interests of third parties, or that may damage, disable, impair, or deteriorate the App, its content, and its services. Furthermore, it is prohibited to prevent other Users from the normal use or enjoyment of the App.
The Company cannot be held editorially responsible and expressly declares that it does not endorse any of the opinions expressed by Users on the App, for which the issuer is solely responsible.
Those who fail to comply with these obligations will be liable for any harm or damage they cause. Go Zero Waste will not be liable for any consequence, damage, or harm that may arise from such unauthorized access or use by third parties.
In addition to the foregoing, and to the extent permitted by law and except as otherwise provided in these General Terms and Conditions, the Company will in no event be liable for personal, incidental, special, direct, or indirect damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damage or loss, related to the use of, or inability to use, the App, regardless of the cause, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise), and even if the User has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
2.3 THIRD-PARTY LINKS
With the free use of the App, the User may view links to establishments that collaborate with Go Zero Waste. The Company is not responsible for the websites linked to these establishments, nor for the information they provide or advertise. Likewise, the Company does not guarantee the quality or accuracy of the services and products offered through links to their respective websites. None of the entities collaborating with the App belong to the Company, and consequently, the Company is not responsible for any actions taken by these establishments.
Any relationship the User maintains with any of the establishments collaborating with the App will exempt the Company from any liability.
The establishment disclaims all liability. The relationship will be exclusively between the establishment and the User.
2.4 USER CANCELLATION
The User may cancel their account at any time.
Cancellation from the App will be done through the “User Profile” in the “Delete my account” section. Deleting the user account will also delete all User data linked to it.
2.5 PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
All personal data provided by the User through the registration form or their profile will be processed confidentially and in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. 2.6 ASSIGNMENT OF IMAGE RIGHTS
The User may decide whether to assign the exploitation rights of the challenge photographs they have uploaded or provided to Go Zero Waste through the App, by agreeing to the following:
The User agrees to assign their exploitation rights with respect to the photographic material to be used for the promotion of Go Zero Waste’s services on its social networks and communication channels.
This assignment is granted on a non-exclusive basis, and the aforementioned material may be used by Go Zero Waste without any financial compensation and without any time or geographical limitations.
2.7 INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
Content related to trademarks, domains, logos, designs, or documentation, including software, computer programs, or any element that may be subject to protection under Intellectual or Industrial Property law, which may be accessible to Users, is the property of the Company and/or the Company holds a license to it, and all rights of use are expressly reserved.
The User may use such material only in the manner expressly authorized by the Company.
Any misuse of the Service or breach of obligations by the User may result, at the Company’s discretion, in the cancellation of the account or suspension of the Service until the issue is resolved.
The User also agrees not to remove, delete, alter, manipulate, or in any way modify:
Any notices, legends, indications, or symbols that the Company or the legitimate rights holders incorporate into their Intellectual or Industrial Property (such as copyright, ©, ®, and ™, etc.).
The Company’s technical protection or identification devices (such as watermarks, digital fingerprints, etc.).
The User acknowledges that, under these General Terms and Conditions, the Company does not assign or transfer to the User any rights to its Intellectual and/or Industrial Property titles, or to any third-party properties. The Company only authorizes the User to access and use them in accordance with the terms indicated in these General Terms and Conditions.
The User is not authorized to copy, distribute, transmit, communicate, modify, alter, transform, assign, or in any other way engage in activities that involve the commercial use of the Intellectual Property and/or Industrial Property rights of the Company and/or the Creators, whether partially or totally, without the express written consent of the legitimate holder of the exploitation rights.
The Company reserves all corresponding Industrial and/or Intellectual Property rights.
The Company does not grant the User any license or authorization to use its Intellectual and Industrial Property rights other than that expressly detailed in this clause.
The Company reserves the right to terminate or modify, at any time and for any reason, the licenses granted under these General Terms and Conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may take legal action against any use by the Creator that:
Does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions specified herein;
Infringing or violating the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights or other similar rights of the Company or any other legitimate third-party owner; or violating any applicable regulations.
2.8 COMPLAINTS
In the event of any complaint and/or incident attributable to the Company related to the Service, we have a complaints procedure that is initiated by contacting us at the following address:
Email: info@gozerowaste.app. Once this communication has begun, we will work with the User to gather the necessary information regarding their complaint and/or issue.
The Company undertakes to respond to the User within 72 hours of receiving the complaint.
2.9 SEVERABILITY
If any clause of these General Terms and Conditions is deemed null and void or voidable, it shall be considered unwritten. Such a declaration of nullity shall not invalidate the remainder of the document, which shall remain in full force and effect between the Parties.
2.10 APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The applicable law shall be Spanish law. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation and/or application of these General Terms and Conditions, the competent courts shall be those determined by the applicable legal regulations regarding jurisdiction. If no mandatory jurisdiction is established, the courts of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction.
Furthermore, the User may amicably resolve any issues that may arise during the contractual relationship through the App provided by the European Commission: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=ES.
2.11 MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be published in the App, along with the date of publication, so that the User is aware of when the modification took effect. In any case, the User will receive an electronic notification regarding updates to the Go Zero Waste Terms of Use before they are published in the App.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY GO ZERO WASTE APP TO PARTNER ENTITIES
This section establishes the terms and conditions applicable to partner entities that use the App’s services.

APPEARANCE ON THE GO ZERO WASTE MAP
Establishments that promote zero waste and the circular economy can appear on the Go Zero Waste map free of charge. To do this, they can use the Collaborate section where they will select “I am an Establishment” and add the required information to be registered on the platform.
OFFERING A REUSABLE ITEMS SERVICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS
Establishments can use the Go Zero Waste App platform to offer reusable items (their own or provided by Go Zero Waste).
To offer a reusable items service, they must follow these steps:
Sign a contract with Go Zero Waste for the use of the platform in exchange for a monthly fee established according to the client’s needs.
Register with your corporate email and private password.
Go Zero Waste will register the establishment with the reusable items service you wish to activate and will deliver the agreed-upon reusable items within a maximum of 30 days after the order is placed.
Go Zero Waste will provide collaborating businesses with online and offline marketing materials (e.g., posters, flyers, videos) to promote the service to their customers.
2.1 OBLIGATIONS OF PARTNER ENTITIES
Partner entities offering the reuse service should provide their users with reusable items in perfect condition for the sole purpose of supplying food.
Partner entities must guarantee that the reusable items comply with the quality standards, regulations, and hygiene laws of the country where the service is being provided.
Partner entities must receive the container and check that users return it in good condition. If it is in poor condition, the partner entities may refuse to accept it.
Partner entities must promote the reuse system among their clients.
Partner entities must train their employees on how the reuse system works.
If the partner entity terminates the contract, it must return the reusable items and marketing materials. SUGGEST APP IMPROVEMENTS
Through the “Collaborate” section, partner organizations can suggest new features to Go Zero Waste that could help them develop their business, personal, or communication activities.
LAUNCH A “MOVE FOR ZERO” CAMPAIGN
Through the Challenges section, partner organizations can launch a campaign to their customers.
