Hi!
We are Magda and Martí
We founded Go Zero Waste to promote the circular economy and sustainability.
· We conducted this workshop to teach recipes that reduce food waste .
· We seek to inspire people to learn to be more sustainable in the kitchen and in their daily lives.
What is a leftover cooking workshop?
Cooking without waste
A workshop that teaches how to transform leftovers and forgotten food into tasty dishes, reducing food waste at home.
From waste to creativity
More than just recipes, it’s an experience that inspires you to reinvent cooking, making the most of every ingredient.
Flavors that unite
The activity is shared in a group, fostering collective learning and awareness of more responsible consumption.
Why is it important to fight food waste?
Protect the environment
Producing food requires water, land, energy, and transportation. If we waste it, we waste all these resources as well.
It generates economic savings
Avoiding food waste means making much better use of what we buy, spending less, and planning our purchases better.
Promote responsible habits
It invites us to consume consciously, cook creatively, and value the food we have.
What are our goals?
SDG 11 | Production and
responsible consumption
Promoting culinary creativity
The workshop encourages flexible thinking in the kitchen: reinventing dishes, improvising with what’s available, and discovering new combinations.
SDG 12 | Production and
responsible consumption
Social connection and teamwork
It is a participatory activity, ideal for sharing, learning in a group and creating community around sustainability
SDG 13 | Climate Action
Take action
The real change begins after the workshop. We pave the way so that nothing is wasted in the kitchens of the workshop participants afterward.
