Explanation of the collaboration carried out with Talent Garden for the launch of the Move for Zero campaign among the companies in coworking.

Coworking Talent Garden, founded in 2011, is Europe’s leading digital education and coworking network provider for innovators and the technology ecosystem. Its mission is to empower people and organizations by creating opportunities and creating relevant connections in the digital ecosystem. 

In this campaign the campaign was launched Move around zero in the two campuses they have in Spain: Barcelona and Madrid. 30 challenges were selected and several prizes were awarded to the participants.

What was done?

Selection of challenges

In a first meeting with the Talent Garden team, they analyzed what waste was generated most in coworking and what challenges could be proposed between workers in Barcelona and Madrid to try to reduce waste and promote the circular economy in the two spaces.

Prize selection

Prizes were sought among the companies residing in the spaces and the Smart Helmet from the company Livall located in Talent Garden Madrid was selected.
In addition, 5 €10 gift cards would be given to consume in sustainable businesses located near the Talent Garden facilities.

Creation of communication campaign

We designed a Website to explain the challenges, prizes and how the campaign works:
We printed posters with the campaign QR code and sent a newsletter to all the people who work in the two coworkings.

Conclusions

Opportunities identification

Thanks to the campaign, actions were promoted that can be easily carried out between the two communities and achieve the main objective of the campaign: waste reduction.
Example: if instead of using paper cups from the water fountain or coffee maker you bring your own cup, you can save paper/plastic waste every day.

Discovery of the environment

Team Building and internal promotion

We made the company Livall known among all the people who are part of the two coworkings and we helped the employees of the different companies carry out an activity with a joint value: promoting sustainability.
