Tell me what you eat and I’ll tell you what kind of world you’re building. What we choose to consume has the power to transform communities, landscapes, and futures.

Hi!
We are Magda and Martí

We founded Go Zero Waste to promote sustainability through experiences that connect with people and the land.

· We organize gastronomic tastings where each product tells a story of social commitment, circular economy and respect for resources.

· Beyond the flavor, every bite and every glass generates a positive impact and invites us to consume consciously.

What is a blind tasting?

How it works: try without labels, discover the story later

A tasting of four glasses to discover a different way of caring for the landscape. Projects that understand sustainability as a global commitment: respectful viticulture, agricultural diversity, and a circular economy through bottle reuse.

Why blind tasting breaks down prejudices about wine and gastronomy

A tasting of 4 to 5 gastronomic products linked to initiatives that understand gastronomy as a tool for social sustainability. Products made with respect, quality, and commitment that put people at the center.

The value of what we eat

From carefully picked wild fruits to pâtés and creams made with “imperfect” vegetables, each product reminds us of the importance of reusing, caring for resources and reducing food waste.

What are the benefits of blind tastings?

Direct connection with the territory

Direct connection with the territory

Each product comes from local projects that work towards agriculture that respects the soil, water and biodiversity of their environment.

Gastronomy with social impact

The participating producers generate job opportunities, equality and inclusion, demonstrating that eating well can also transform communities.

Reducing food waste

By reusing ingredients and highlighting “imperfect” products, each tasting demonstrates that gastronomy can be enjoyed while reducing waste and respecting the natural cycle.

How does a blind tasting for groups work?

1

Choosing the date

We find a date and together choose the blind tasting that suits you best: Glasses with value, Tastings with impact or The value of what we eat.

2

Selection of products and producers

We select the products and the social or environmental projects that will star in the experience.

3

Confirming the budget

We book the selected date with a payment of 50% of the budget.

4

Preparing the space

We take care of all the logistics: set-up, products, materials and decoration of the space.

5

Blind tasting experience

For 2 hours we discover the flavors, stories and projects behind each product. All food products and drinks are included.

6

Closing with action proposals

We end the experience with proposals for everyday actions that participants can take to keep generating impact.

Why is it important to learn about sustainable and social gastronomy?

Promoting local, nearby produce

Each tasting gives visibility to producers committed to the territory, encouraging zero-kilometer consumption and the local economy.

Reducing food waste

The products tasted show that reusing ingredients and valuing the “imperfect” is a delicious way to reduce waste.

Strengthening the local social fabric

We prioritize projects that generate job opportunities, equality and inclusion, showing that gastronomy can be a driver of social transformation.

Promoting a circular and responsible economy

Through the action proposals we launch at the end of each tasting so that participants keep generating impact in their daily lives.

Job creation and opportunities

The projects behind each product create jobs in rural areas and opportunities for groups at risk of exclusion.

An experience that leaves a mark

Unlike a one-off event, each tasting includes concrete proposals so that the impact continues beyond the experience, transforming consumption habits.
