Hi!
We are Magda and Martí
We founded Go Zero Waste to boost local commerce through sustainability and the circular economy.
In our commitment to a sustainable future , we encourage you to be part of a meaningful change towards a waste-free community . Want to know how you can contribute?
Discover simple and effective ways to reduce, reuse, and recycle in your daily life: Participate in zero-waste campaigns, implement local activities, and access guides that will help you implement sustainable practices in your daily life.
Together, we can transform our community and demonstrate that a waste-free lifestyle is possible!
What actions do we propose?
Repiensa, rechaza, reduce, reutiliza, repara y recicla. El mejor residuo es el que no se genera. El Residuo Cero no va de comprarte el último producto ecofriendly, sino de usar lo que ya tienes, reducir tus necesidades y priorizar siempre la reducción y prevención sobre las otras eRRes.

Why is it important to be a circular and sustainable person?
Reduce Your Footprint
By applying the principles of reduce, reuse, and recycle , you directly minimize your consumption of virgin resources and the energy needed to produce new goods, easing pressure on ecosystems.
Savings and Value
Repairing instead of replacing, buying secondhand products, or investing in durable goods reduces spending in the long run. Circularity teaches you to value goods for their use , not their novelty, combating impulsive consumption.
Leadership and Social Influence
As a sustainable consumer, your money is a vote. By actively choosing circular products and services, you compel businesses and the retail sector to invest in green solutions, accelerating the transition to a more responsible economy.

FAQS
Always start by looking at the trash you normally generate, whether at home or at work. What products are repeated most often? Which ones are avoidable? Start reducing from there and you’ll notice significant changes
Also think about ways to buy less, use more of what you already have, and extend the life of the items you already own.
To be a zero-waste person, you can adopt these habits:
• Refuse what you don’t need (like flyers handed out on the street) or free drinks at bars.
• Reduce your consumption of products with a short lifespan and opt for products that don’t have planned obsolescence or that are easy to repair.
• Reuse bags, containers, cups, toilet paper rolls, boxes, etc.
• Compost the organic waste you generate
Reaching zero waste may sound difficult or even impossible. But what is possible is to greatly reduce the waste we generate. In many cases, it also means saving time and money.
We created Go Zero Waste to help people on their journey to zero waste. We do this in different ways:
- You can download our app to find stores near you that make shopping with less plastic and more waste-free.
- You can sign up for one of our talks and workshops or organize an educational or awareness-raising activity with us.
- You can encourage your company or school to create a challenge with us to encourage others to join in more sustainable actions
We propose challenges related to local and responsible consumption and sustainable shopping habits. For example: zero-waste shopping or food waste reduction.
Let’s talk
We’re ready to help you become a more circular and sustainable person
